APR-5000-DZ APR-5000 Dual Zone Rework System with CPU, Monitor and 02pc of selected nozzles. This system allows the rework of BGA's, CSP's, Land Grid Arrays (LGA's), Micro SMD's, Micro-Lead Frames (MLF's) and Bumped Chip Components Under a "Process Controlled Environment". The integral vision system allows the topside of the PCB and the superimposed image of the bottom of the component to be viewed simultaneously. With micrometer adjustment the two images can be accurately aligned and placed utilising the motor controlled "Z-axis". When this is used in conjuction with the easy to program Metcal Software which gives a closed loop, computer control of time, temperature and airflow parameters you now have the process control and repeatability for today's demanding rework applications.
The APR-5000-DZ includes a range of vacuum pick up nozzles, component pick up fixture, three flying thermocouples, PCB support fingers and external video adaptor for connection to any suitable PC.
